The place was under construction so that was a little noisy and disappointing. I came back to my Room after work and I had a guest on my sink It was a cockroach.

It’s close and convenient to the beach and other local stores. However due to COVID-19 you must pay extra for clean towels and other supplies needed. They will give you toilet paper if you run out. Housekeeping is not available until checkout. Maintenance shut down water for 3-4 hours during the day twice during my stay. If you are renting a car contact hotel prior to arrival to reserve a parking space of possible. It’s not one of the larger hotels that may have numerous parking space.

Great week in Hawaii working and had a perfect stay at Bamboo Waikiki. Friendly staff and it was great.

The spa was closed due to cornavirus. Everyrhing else was perfect!

This hotel is getting older but still our favorite boutique hotel due to the location. So convenient to everywhere. Staffs are always pleasant. This was our 4-5th stay!!

Location great. Pool area and rooms very Hawai’i a. It needs some updating and could be cleaner. Suite very big and could sleep 6. Little kitchen works.

It was an oasis in a city of tall buildings. We had a corner room on the 12th floor with 2 balconies, one overlooked the ocean and the other the mountains. Everything was great, loved it. Very thankful for the smoking section in the back corner.

As the building was undergoing extensive renovations there was a bit of noise which was uncomfortable during daytime naps. The pool area is very relaxing but the bar isn’t able to sell alcohol. They do make delicious food though. This hotel doesn’t have the wow factor of bigger hotels but it is clean and neat and very close to shops and the beaches. We enjoyed our stay here. Not too expensive and a nice place to rest your head after a big day out.

The people and workers are very nice there but we will not ever stay there again.

I like that it is so close to Waikiki Beach. I've stayed here 3 times before this trip. I love the pool area, so relaxing. I had to ask the front desk to ask the maid to sweep our floor, as there was sand all around....I know it is hard to keep clean, but it looked like it hadn't been swept for a few days.
