Okay, but better options elsewhere.
My husband and I stayed at the hotel in October, and overall the stay was blah. The service was good and the front desk staff were professional, but the rooms were not good. The beds were hard as a rock and the room was really stuffy. They had the heat cranked on and there was no way to adjust the temperature. Outside was extremely noisy so opening windows at night was not an option. We asked for a fan to at least plug in for air flow and they didn't have any for guests. Since it is Paris, with endless tourism, they can get away with poor room conditions and lackluster amenities. However, as more and more bad reviews come up, I hope their management starts to take notice and make improvements for guests.

We were very happy with the hospitality there right from the very beginning when we just got there! The people at the reception especially Mr. Ritesh was extremely courteous and helpful and even extended our check out by an hour and because of this we were able to see the Pantheon before leaving Paris! The only issue was the leaky toilet in the bathroom which he said would be fixed but I look forward to coming back!
