For some reason male employees at reception are not friendly or kind. Hard to be helped by them when anything things come up. The night ones are the worst ones.

If we didn't wake up with itchy bites on our bodies, I would say this place is a decent place to stay even though it's obviously dated. The beds "looked" clean, but unfortunately we woke up with bug bites & the second morning found more bites. Thankfully we didn't stay longer. We didn't have breakfast here so I can't comment on that. The customer service was good, lady working the front when we checked in was super nice.

I’ve worked in customer service for a very long time and don’t tend to rate things poorly as I know mistakes happen. However, we had a few bad experiences on our one night stay. The biggest and most concerning is that an unknown person keyed into our room at 6am, unannounced. I was told they would look into it (I was told management nor housekeeping was on site that early) and received an apology but no follow up, nor any sort of remedy. We were also checked in wrong and told if we wouldn’t have come down to ask for something, someone else would have had keys to our room as well. Mistakes happen but having number of people having access to our room is a no thanks for me.

The hotel is fine for a nights stay but isn’t a place

Internet didn’t work in the room I was staying in, staff didn’t help except to give me a phone number that only fixed my internet for an hour, my husband had the room right across the way and the internet worked great there... odd. Great location though, and cool there is a restaurant!

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast even with the scaled down version, affordable, great location, great staff, nice restaurant on site

Super friendly staff! Building and rooms were clean and easy access to the city!

Very good experience! There are no kitchen tools and dishes because of COVID-19.
