NH 德烏斯托酒店 (畢爾巴鄂)

Room was small and basic, but clean and comfortable. There are no ironing boards in the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was very hospitable. The walls were so thin! Location was on other end of the bridge from a large shopping mall and 15+ minutes from Guggenheim Museum.

It was a disappointing stay. Room needed a face lift, all appliances including the bathroom were old n very much filthy. Do not deserve this 160€ plus breakfast charges per night ! Its a complete RIP off ~ I have not bad experience with any of their staffs for the record, its a plain honest feedback.

This would have been a perfect stay but both mornings we were loudly woken by hotel workers chatting, arguing, organizing right outside our room. Pretty tactless. I can accept rudeness from other guests but it's something all together different when it's the staff themselves. Too bad bc the location is great w easy street parking.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was needing to be refurbished and getting in and out of the shower was awkward

good location and comfortable stay -- the street is noisy, however, so leaving windows open all night was problematic

Great location, clean, unfortunately because I booked with Expedia I felt we were given worst rooms (all around the lift area)

very nice hotel, very quiet area, not to far from the center but its a nice walk from the museum, the area has some restaurants near and also cheap because its not at the tourist center
