Prime example of excellence.
Best hotel stay we ever had. All the employees were friendly and compassionate. We were in our room long before check in time. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was top notch. 10 stars. Management has everything operating at a 10 plus level.

Fine hotel with second tier location
When I reserved a room at the Intercontinental, the Hotels.com website used a picture of the other Intercontinental on the Cleveland Clinic campus which is what I wanted. On arrival, I was surprised to find I was three long blocks away at the other property. It was fine but not located as conveniently for my business purposes. After I learned how to use the city buses it was not as issue.
