Not so good. My room had no hot water and lack of water pressure. Ice machine on several floors not working. Telephone in my room not working. No one to answer when I use my personal phone on main hotel number. The hotel said they could not give any compensation to me because I booked through hotel.com.

Under construction and location isn’t the best.

We hated this Hotel and we have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express locations. This was the worst one I have stayed in by a mile. Remotes Do not work, The television channels are labeled incorrectly, we put a breakfast tag out that was left in the room but no breakfast delivered, Our room was not cleaned, and the pool labeled as open is not and the front desk has no idea what to say when you ask about the pool. We went to check it was algae green. We could have gone to the Fort Worth location and had WAY better service!

The room was very clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No problems except cleaning and replacing of soap and tp for Sunday Morning

All the staff should speak and understand English. You should be able to communicate with housekeeping.

It was fine. And I mean that in the womanly definition. It was relatively clean, relatively quiet, but nothing special. The front desk was borderline rude at each encounter and would not allow me to get ice from the restaurant a few feet away (which also was never open in the evening despite posted hours) and made us return to our floor to procure a small bag for our cooler at checkout. I wouldn't choose this property again.

I didn’t like my stay at the hotel. Staff was rude & I was charged extra for I don’t know what. The receipt I received was not what I was told I was paying for, I’d appreciate a refund.
