Staff were really helpful, and accommodated us very quickly with a great evening meal even though it was close to the restaurant closing time. Room was very comfortable and clean. We are very particular with standards and both agreed we will be back to the hotel when visiting our daughter at Keele University

The hotel was really nice, clean and comfortable. There was no app checkin if you book through Hotels.com as it asks for your Hilton confirmation number and the hotel.com one doesn’t work. They seemed a bit short of staff and during a fire alarm with had no security to sort the issue

Off site Car parking was a disappointment. Difficult to carry your luggage across the main road. Had to.make several trips. Great hotel without parking in from of the reception. Hope it gets sorted soon. Most hotels have offloading area.

A pair of dirty boxers were left in our room from the guests before us which made us sceptical of the cleanliness overall, we got moved to another room with a quick apology but that was about it (no compensation offered for the inconvenience) . Bed was also very uncomfy and attached restaurant has very poor portion sizes for the price so won’t be staying at a Hilton Garden Inn again

The hotel is new with limited amenities. No pool, room service, and very limited breakfast options. The reception staff is young and needs to be trained properly on their systems. I filled out a guest info form that was not used at all. We were not informed about booking breakfast in advance, the hours of the bar, and that you need to call reception for room cleaning. We paid £195 per night with no cleaning and breakfast! Checking out was a joke. We didn't like the hotel breakfast and we cancelled our reservation for the next day. I asked the receptionist to make sure we are not charged and she said that it's not on our final bill. I will receive my bill via email. Well if course my email was not inputted in my profile so I had to check my Amex account to see the final charge. Of course the breakfast for our final morning was charged and now I'm having to contact them numerous times to reverse the charge. Our friend's who stayed wanted to use cash to pay and the same reception staff charged their credit card and they had a difficult time to receive a printed copy of their bill. We were dismissed on our final day and we will not be staying at this hotel again.

The staff were as friendly as they could possibly be. The reception team were incredible. It was my sons birthday and they treated him so well. If we need to return to Stoke on Trent we will stay there. Fantastic!

Our stay was very comforting especially the beds. The room was very clean , the bathroom was also very clean. The hotel it self was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend highly for a friendly comfortable stay to anyone.
