Everything you could need for a great stay on the beach with the family. Great location, excellent service by the staff, and an amazing buffet. Worth it!

Staff very courteous and nice. Food was excellent!! Wish we could’ve stayed a few more days. The pool common pool was warm but the the private swim out. That one was too cold to jump in. It was nice to get your feet wet but not to swim.

The resort is nice just due to Covid it had many restaurants closed. I asked for extra blankets they never brought them. I had to go to the front desk to get blankets

During the pandemic the hotel was very different. Only a few restaurants open and only 1 pool open. Adult only pool was not open :(. Service was great and the staff are so nice and one of the biggest things is the hotel was very clean.

Amazing resort! Best part had to be that it’s all-inclusive. Great friendly staff that made the experience even better. Pablo is a great bartender. Stayed at this resort for my birthday trip with my sister and it was safe!!

I'm Very Disappointed in my stay at Krystal Grand. Check-in process took a long time. Upon arrival, I requested a room upgrade and was quoted $150 per night but they offered $60 per night. I originally paid $203 per night. To upgrade with hotels.com it cost about $20 per night and I paid their price. Restaurants: On two occasions, I was advised the wait time for dinner was 30-45 minutes; I waited two hours each time. The hotel food at the resort was okay. Twice, I was provided a tablemat that wasn’t clean and had stains on it. I ordered tequila and pineapple drink and something orange was floating in my drink. I informed the waiter and he said it was apart of the drink, unbelievable. I keep the drink on the table and asked him for a new one. I ordered a hot soup and a chicken meal for lunch and they both were cold. I informed the waiter and left the restaurant. Bar: The bar staff washed used clear plastic cups and restacked them for all guest to use. I kept my original new cup provided and keep reusing it my entire stay. Hotel staff: They were friendly, personable and accommodating to the guest. For the price of my stay and the service provided, I truly overpaid. Rooms/Hotel: The furniture in the rooms and around the hotel property should be updated, it’s worn out.COVID is active and the hotel needs to work on their cleanliness per the items mentioned in my review. Even though, there are various COVID signs around the resort, better cleaning practices would be enforced.

Good property, mostly friendly staff. Food needs a refresher. They do Limit you on what you can order for Being all-inclusive Only one steak entree allowed per day) also, Can’t sit outside to eat unless it’s within certain hours. Rooms are decent but dated. Have a spring break vibe(easy to Replace anything if it breaks).

We loved this hotel. The staff was amazing . The views was breathtaking . The room was clean . Everything was great. Your staff members Brenda and Ari was amazing ladies. Great time at the pool and beach. Great activities. Definitely a holiday to remember.

I booked this trip last minute and everything about the resort exceeded our expectations. The grounds and pool were beautiful, our room was spacious and nice decor, the staff were all really friendly, COVID precautions were excellent and the food was delicious. Not all of the restaurants were open due to the low occupancy but we enjoyed every meal. Our favorite was sitting at the sushi bar at Ayami and being treated to the magnificent sushi artistry of Orlando, I miss eating there already. We had excellent service from all of the waiters especially Sergio, Ullices and Jorge. At the adult pool bar Pedro was excellent, our second day there he brought us drinks when we were on the beach and we hadn’t even ordered. Tipping definitely makes you more memorable, but the staff gave great service to everyone even though most people isn’t tip.

The hotel is beautiful, the food is wonderful, the drinks are cold, and the staff is superb!
