Excrutiating 20 mins check in after 1:20 h trip from airport..staff can be better trained.Pickded up a "gastro virus" after dining in restaurant on my first day and was bed ridden the next day..When I politely informed front desk,it was downplayed..Poor internet ,no digital TV during my 4 night stay.I had to use my own data..Best answer Hotel staff could give was that "they were fully booked".Decent WIFI is standard nowadays..Although staff was much friendlier on my check out,damage was already.done
