very kind staff. room space is very good.

Frame of the baby bed was dirty and not cleaned prior to use . There was mold underneath the heater and above the door frame. It was overall extremely basic with old furniture. When booking The homepage did not mention anything about a surcharge for a pet, it was only listed the hotel was „dog friendly“. It was an unpleasant surprise we had to pay an additional Eur 40.

Front desk services at easy hotel needs to improve and there are lots of hidden charges.

the breakfast was amazing, full spread of quality and fresh food with a broad range to suit all needs. There was nothing specific that I did not appreciate.

Easy to get to tram. Property is clean. Easy to get to the beach. Very convenient place to stay.

I am used to a few more comforts in my hotel room ie, tissue, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, more electrical outlets, and a bathtub. The location was excellent for our purposes (the beach). I felt safe and slept fine. I would stay here again. From an American’s point of view, it was adequate.

Had to walk sideways past the end of the bed due to limited room space. Electronic door key kept going faulty. Uncomfortable bed. Badly stained carpets in the hallways. For €120 per night I’d expect better. The reception staff to be fair were very helpful.

We were really surprised when we arrived in our room as we expected a sofa bed for the kids but actually got a second double bedroom with single duvets which was much better. We were slightly disappointed by the breakfast as there was not a huge amount of choice for our 3 year old son and the breakfast room is quite small.so.some people had to sit in the bar area. Location is very good for the beach and close to the trams to Den Haag. We would definitely stay here again.

It was acceptable. It was a little sparse (no refrigerator, no coffee maker, limited access to ice ) as compared to US standards for similar properties. But maybe that is the norm in Europe. The balcony in our room was not really as clean as we thought it should have been. Overall, the staff was good and responsive. The price was reasonable.
