Most staff was friendly and professional in some aspects. There were a few issues on arrival and the stay at the hotel. Air Conditioner issue on check in to our room, and then it seemed to be resolved, however after we check in and left the room for an hour to come back, the room was filled with a heavy puddle of water and we requested to be change to another room because of the inconvenience in a very short period of time. Another issue was the location of the room moved to, the elevator was out of order and we had to with staff take our heavy luggage and walk four flights of stairs to our changed room.
Housekeeping staff seemed
to pressure us to clean the room and would not wait for the signed to be place for room to be cleaned, but constantly asked, if we needed the room cleaned. which seemed to me that their wanted to hurry and get it done in a early time, and then the rooms was not throughly cleaned, instructions would always be left to what needs to be done even as simple as cleaning the soap scum from the sink or wiping the patio glass doors
Lastly we travel alot, and some properties would give some kind of complimentary of appreciation even if it is a bottle of water. We spoke with the Manager Ms. Carrington and spoke on our experience thus far and asked her if their offer any complimentary and she replied by saying some ppl stay longer and our length stay was not a big deal to her and she would sleep on it, but avoided us the entire stay after poised.
