I really enjoyed my stay. I just wish the restaurant on the property was open for dining. It was take out only. The property should also consider waiving the parking fees during this pandemic. No one is on-site to assist with valet or luggage.

I stayed here for a "straycation," the night before LA went back into its "Safer At Home" status. The hotel was nice, nothing extravagant, but totally clean and peaceful.

The room wasn’t even cleaned. They don’t clean the rooms or anything else. Our room was full of disgusting bed bugs and we stayed up all night ichi g and showering and it was just disgusting. This hotel should be closed.

The staff here is amazing. They always make me feel very comfortable. The restaurant staff and food is great too. I really found my place of solace here a Jamaica Bay inn. It's close to everything and I love my morning walks on the beach after a peaceful night's sleep 💤 😌 💕

Jamaica Bay Inn is the nicest hotel we've stayed in on the West Side, hands down, without giving up a king's ransom. You can't beat the green spaces with cozy sitting areas, pristine Marina beach and comfortably heated outdoor pool. Perfect spot to detox during these stressful and uncertain times.

Check-in was great and very prompt. The front desk person congratulated us on our wedding anniversary. When we got to the room we realized the toilet didn’t flush. The maintenance person came up right away and after about 20 minutes everything was fixed. The hotel even sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne for our anniversary.

For the amount I paid, I expected more. It’s kind of out of date, the front desk is empty except a few hanging ropes. The halls and elevator reeked like pot. The room had stains all over the carpet and chair. There was no usb plug in the room to charge our phones. The bathroom did not have a fan. The sliding glass door didn’t have a screen door. It would have been nice to keep the door opened but bugs kept coming inside. The room did not have a coffee maker. The lobby didn’t offer coffee either. I was told the gym was closed and guests couldn’t use it. But you could use the outside jacuzzi? Nothing they advertised as having on the Hotels website, they had. The worst thing was when I first got there, I pulled in and parked my car. Before checking in the valet ran out and said I needed to decide whether I wanted self-park or valet. I said I guess valet, so he said it would be $30.00 charged to my room. So $30 for a valet, yet my car stayed parked where I parked it. I would pass on this hotel one that is cleaner and more modern

The view was ok, but my room was set above the restaurant and a main walkway, so there was a lot of activity and noise into the night. The sheets were scratchy, maybe low thread count, so it was hard to get comfortable. The temperature control system was nosy and smelled weird when i turned it on. The front desk service was friendly.
