Valentines/Birthday getaway
Nice clean place. Could use an update the bathroom door was warped and wouldn’t close completely. The pillows were flat and the bed was hard and not super comfortable. The room was cold upon entry but warmed up ok.

Nice stay, pool/hot tub out of service.
Room was great. This is the hotel we usually pick when we come to visit family. Pool and hot tub were out of service. We were looking for to using them during our stay. It would have been nice to have been told ahead of time so we could find somewhere else to stay, or give a discount for it being out of use.

Apparently, the pool and jacuzzi flooded Thursday night. They didn't not notify me of this. And I had a coupon distributed by hotels.com for 50% off, and they did not honor it. So I would not recommend this hotel again. My next stay in Stevens point will be someplace else

Nice, had an issue
Nice hotel. Had a water pipe break due to extreme cold, and we had to evacuate for awhile. But it was cleared and hotel staff responded very well. Very noisy at night for my elderly parents.
