The hotel was clean, service was really good . The breakfast had a varied and well executed selection catering for all dietary requirements. Another plus being its really near the train station which will connect you to the city centre.

Convenient for visiting DNV GL - there’s a free shuttle to the Verona’s campus

The hotel is clean and comfortable, although perhaps getting a little dated in some places. Breakfast is good although the restaurant lacks choice in the evening

The room that we were assigned overlooked a noisy motorway. I asked for a room on the other side of the hotel that did not face the motorway and therefore would be quieter. The women at the front desk said that all 'standard' rooms faced the motorway and that a quiet room would be an upgrade with an additional cost. The location of the hotel is bad because of the noisy motorway. This should be made explicit before a customer makes a reservation.

The air conditioning did not work in 2 of our 3 rooms. Breakfast was great.

The hotel was fine, but the water seemed a bit odd the water that came out of the bathroom taps, shower, sink and even in the toilet had a strange yellow greenish colour to it. There was no bottled drinking water in the room and we had to go to a water fountain by the reception desk to fill up a water bottle to take to the room and brush out teeth. We did but want to use the yellow/green water from the tap. Upon arrival we were told one price for the underground car park, but upon check out they asked double what we were told. We booked , prepaid and stayed for 1 night but upon checkout they thought we were staying for a week... The reception staff was friendly though and non of this was an issue, but the resulting discussions were unnecessary nonetheless. Breakfast was excellent but the single waffle maker was caked in dough and so busy that people were queuing for it.

The hallways were very dirty and it was noisy in the morning. Workers making lots of noise early in the morning.

We'll let's start....we booked a room with a king bed plus sofabed and twin bed and they gave us a room with a sofa bed, a single bed and an iron removable bed. They "fixed" the mistake by "upgrading" us to a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. They took 35 minutes to do that and while walking with the luggage to the new room we were walking behind the housekeeping lady that rubbed our duvet cover on the floor from the elevator to the room and put them on the sofa bed for my daughters to sleep. Of course we removed this from their bed. Also found a hair on the shower handle and on the shower. Very black hair and we are all blondes. And there is more but I really think they don't deserve my time or your booking.
