Cotton Court Hotel

Very relaxing and quiet. Exceptionally clean! We will stay again.

The hotel is really modern and nice. The only complaint I had was the water pressure in the bathroom sink was dripping very slowly, no pressure and the hot water was not working. It was a chilly morning, around 33 degrees and washing up in that temperature wasn't so fun. I heard other guests saying the same, so this is not an isolated situation. Hoping it's resolved soon. :)

I love this place. I think it's a new property. The decor is unique and stylish. Outside, they built fires at night in a couple of fire pits -- really beautiful courtyard space. Beds were comfortable. I wish we'd been there long enough to try their restaurant. My one complaint: I left some medicine there. Housekeeping either threw it away or kept it. When I called about it after I got in, I was told that the room was occupied, but they would leave a note to check first thing in the morning. I called back the next morning, and no note, nobody knew what I was talking about. But with that minor glitch (which was initiated by my mistake) I thought it was a top drawer property, and it was a great value.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Lubbock in the last year, but was not happy with the cleanliness with most lately, so I decided to try Cotton Court. Checking in was easy and the guys at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My room was very cozy and VERY clean (no, I’m not a clean freak). I love the setup of the bathroom! Bed and pillow were comfortable and room was very quiet. I never heard my neighbors despite the hotel being fairly full. Grounds are beautiful, I can’t wait to visit in the spring when I can enjoy the beautiful courtyard! I only have two small complaints, but they will not sway me from staying again. First is parking is tight, and the second was getting the package of ice (genius idea BTW) open. Parking is what it is, and I found a way to open my ice without scissors!

Great customer service upon arrival and when we had a question/request. The grounds are secure and homey. Our room was spotless and very cozy.

Hands down best place in Lubbock! So different and basically brand new! I love the Vibe!

I had previously stayed at another Valencia Group hotel and loved it- so the bar was set high! They did not disappoint!! My daughter was sad we weren’t staying longer!

Front desk staff were not helpful on arrival to the property. They were more worried about business from a live concert instead of guest of the hotel.

Beautiful and creative atmosphere! Friend and helpful staff! The air conditioner worked great but the problem was the curtains, when they were closed the air went straight up Into curtains and not the room. We could open curtains but the lights from outside were too bright for sleeping!

It was a nice property. Needs signage directing people to the front desk. Also, I brought my dog and was charged $50 which I thought was very costly. We just slept there and that was all.
