Stayed three days. We loved the pool, very nice set up. Breakfast was good. The shuttle to downtown was great. We also rented bikes and road them all over key west.

Beware!! As of mid March 2026 there were approximately 20-23 deck chairs in pool area. For a property of this size and with a beautiful pool in Key West this was terrible. Went to go to pool at 0900 and every chair was taken. The guest who had been there a day or so knew the game. I observed many people come out to pool with no where to sit or lay out. Do better Hampton Inn.

We have stayed here, probably six times on our visits to Key West… Unfortunately, we believe the property has kind of went downhill. We used to highly recommend this property when going to Key West and not wanting to stay downtown. This time we had a few problems with the room, including the AC either blowing way too cold or not at all… Weird things like the cabinets and the shower stall door not staying closed…. the floor wood laminate pulling up. Just the whole cleanliness of the entire property has went downhill. Both inside and outside. Not a big fan of the personality of Jennifer at the desk who checked us in this time. She didn’t seem interested in being personable or even happy to be at work.

We loved staying here. Room was clean, pool was perfect and staff were pleasant. The shuttle to town was an added bonus as well as the free breakfast. We also ordered other meals from the pool bar and the food was good then as well. Close to Smathers beach, which my kids loved! Can be loud at times due to proximity of airport but we loved watching the planes take off and the military planes fly around. We rarely heard the planes while in our room. Get an ocean view room and watch the sunrise every morning you won’t regret it! We can’t wait to come back.

The room was in good condition. Very clean, but for the entirety of our stay we had no internet in the room. No WiFi and on top of that the room never had reception. If we were in the room we had no access to the internet. There is also constantly planes flying overhead very loudly at all hours of the day as the international airport is close by. Overall the hotel was ok the constant plane noise and zero access to the internet really were a big draw back and the main reasons for my rating.

The staff was very friendly. We had an issue in our room within a few mins of being there. One call to the front desk and we had someone upstairs fixing the problem. The tiki bar staff was efficient and friendly. This was our third time here and still very enjoyable.

Tv was not functional on arrival. No power on bedside usb ports. Microwave does not spin...was promised a tech would arrive 0800. Waited until 0900 but no tech. Staff named princess told me I could cancel my room and stay someplace else if not happy. Guest relocation services helped me find a room at Hilton garden inn key west.

We were assigned a room with known issues with the TV. When we complained, they sent a tech to the room who could not fix the issue. When we complained the next morning we were offered to switch to a second floor room which we declined. We were told we would be compensated with a free night and a certificate would be mailed to us. So far,, crickets. I expect better from Hilton.
