Nice but not enforcing masks with guests
This hotel was very nice, my room was great, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, they were not enforcing mask use in public areas, and I saw unmasked cleaning staff in the halls as well, which made me a bit uncomfortable.

Best check in experience ever! Nate, front desk, was such a joy! Very pleasant, super kind and extremely attentive. Nate needs recognized for his wonderful customer service. Our room was nice, the price I was charged was higher than what I booked online. Other than that, not one complaint. We had a great stay!

We arrived a little early and our room wasn’t ready. That was not a problem. However, after waiting past the check in time they informed us the room was still not ready due to being trashed the night before. We were given another room less comparable to our scheduled room. (No king bed and small kitchenette). No discount was given. The hotel is located in an area with limited parking. I wasn’t impressed.
