Clean and spacious.
It was fine. This place is a repurposed building of historic nature. Once you get used to the setting And the odd entry. it is fine.

Good price. It was not downtown (not walkable to anything significant) and there were numerous homeless people on the property during our stay. It was not unsafe but it made it less appealing to go in and out.

Wanted to love it
First room they tried to put us in had water leaking from 4 places in ceiling. Second room had terrible smell of stale smoke. Let management know for each issue. Probably should have found a way to compensate the issues we had but they didn’t. Location is great. Had we not had room issues would be a great hotel. Not sure why they charge for parking since they seem to have their own lot. I’ll bet I just paid for something I didn’t need to. I’m sure we’d stay again and hope the room was better next time.

This trip was a quick get away. The location was perfect. Except for the tub drain being slow.. i must say everything was good..I appreciate the room it had all the convenience of home...

Convenient to Denver Health. Suite were spacious. Audio visuals were good and the kitchen was well stocked.

Not what i pay for.
Was very disapointed with my stay this time around. One there was no breakfast that was incleuded with the price of the stay and could not get a late check out. On past stays i never had any isueses at this hotel.
