We had "ladybugs" crawling on ceiling and walls. had to ask for them to vaccum again.

The place felt racist the minute i walked in. The room was paid in full before i arrived but they still demanded a credit card besides my ID plus i chose a "no smoking" room yet they had me sign a form that basically says "if they smell smoke, ill be charged 250$". No hospitality what so ever. They offer full breakfast but because of the "virus", all they had were spoiled muffins and cakes. Pot holes all over the entrance and parking lot. Felt like a "whites only" hotel. NEVER AGAIN.

We stayed here in January and the hot tub was broken and pool was dirty! It is now October and we stayed again and the hot tub is still broken! It looks like when we come back in December we will be finding a new place to stay! We really like this location and have stayed here for years! But something has changed!

The breakfast and changes related to COVID were helpful. Recommend changes to the pool and hot tub cleaning. The patio doors were also broken and did not slide open. Room was clean and they observed social distancing. Microwave was not clean and phone was not working in the room. Employees were kind and addressed issues that were brought to them.
