The Worst hotel stay

The room only had two towels and I could not get any additional towels until housekeeping arrived the next day. Then I had to give the used dirty towels in which he counted before I was given more. The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. They couldn’t find my reservation and wanted me to make a new one. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few years back but never experienced this. Not trying to be raciest but Some people from India do not manage their property well. They are very cheap. I really would like a refund but I know that will not happen. Maybe I need to discontinue my use of Hotel.com

Don't believe the pictures

Let me begin with a quote from our trip "This is probably one of the better looking hotels on this little strip." Quality Inn looks like it was once an extended stay that got bought out and cheaply remodeled to imitate a modern hotel. This was the first time I've ever checked out of a hotel early. Check in went smoothly, in and out of the lobby in 5 minutes or less. Clerk was pleasant. Got to our room and it was clean as to be expected. The best part of the room was the shower. The beds were horrendous. I didn't fall asleep until 3:30 AM. My wife attempted to sleep in truck. After doing a quick search on who had availability i went down the street to the Hampton for the remainder of our stay. Rooms do not resemble their pictures and will give you a bag of carbs for "Breakfast." Only saving grace was that i was able to get a refund for checking out early.

Mediocre

The clerk was efficient, but not at all friendly. The room was clean but the toilet ran constantly and after I turned the water off so I could sleep, there was a dripping noise. The building is too close to I-20 and noisy vehicles were a sleep distraction. The available towels were minimal compared to other $99 rooms. For a laison it would be ok I guess, but not for an overnight sleep stay.

I stayed 3 nights at this Hotel. Daily housekeeping is advertised . Day 1 my room was cleaned, no toiletries provided. Day 2 the housekeeping staff did not cleaned my room. It was completely overlooked. The same night there was loud music from a vehicle parked directly outside my room, between 12 -1 am.. I had requested a room on the second floor but none was available. Before checking out I asked to speak to the manager to share my experiences but he was not available.

Office chair was ripped up. Shower head fell off. Wall bracket for ironing board fell off the wall. Iron didn’t work. Ironing board cover was black. Extremely rude front desk clerk
