Great place great value couldn’t fault it

Reserved a superior room but got a smaller room. I was disappointed at the receptionist at check in, but the other personal was very helpful. At check in he said he would give us an upgrade, but it was a smelly uncomfortable awful room and very incline stairs to get to the bed and bathroom was down. I told him I could not climb up and down because I had recently a hip replacement and wanted the room I requested with my reservation. He said it was already taken and the ignored us:(

Excellent customer service from all staff. They were genuinely caring and wanted to ensure that I was comfortable at all times. Will definitely be back. Thank you Villa Pantheon Team- Ahmed, Racquel and Harold.

I can’t say enough about the staff at this hotel!! What nice people~ The location is fantastic and you can walk to so much from here!

Villa Pantheon is a terrific little hotel in the middle of the Sorbonne neighbourhood. The rooms are typically small. But my room was immaculate, and it was cleaned every day. It opened on to Rue des Ecoles so when I was there I could enjoy looking out at the street life. The lobby and the lobby bar are inviting areas to spend time. I loved it.
