很棒

這次出差住了19天, 飯店房間很大,無線網路速度OK, 冰箱廚房餐具全都有, 還有溫水游泳池和健身房, 離輕軌站也很近, 梅什麼可挑剔的了, 下次出差還會繼續住這間

Accommodations fit our needs, a lot of noise

In general set up of Residence Inn was great with 2 bedrooms 2 baths. Traveling with my sister to visit my daughter and husband. The room was on bottom level at corner which was great until the guests staying close to our room used the exit door to go in and out all night long.( to smoke) They were out in their cars playing loud music and talking like it was noon. It went on ALL night. The lower rooms are right on the parking lot. We had this for two nights. If I stayed again I would request a room on third level to avoid the noise from outside. Hotel is right off freeway as well so we had freeway noise.

Nearly perfect suites at a good price

Our second stay here this year, and we loved it. The suite we had the first time was like a one-bedroom apartment, while the one this time was like a studio apartment. Both had small kitchen areas with full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave oven, and coffee pot. Both had a queen-size bed and sleeper sofa. The first had a separate bedroom, while the second had a bedroom nook without a wall and door separating it from the living area. Due to COVID, breakfast is selected from a simple buffet, then taken to your suite rather than eaten in the dining area. Pre-packaged blueberry muffins were tasty, and other selections were yogurt cups, fresh fruit, cereal in little boxes, milk, gluten-free bagels with cream cheese packets, and apple juice. Everything was clean and well-maintained, but there was one problem in the smaller suite, which only had a shower rather than a bathtub with shower like the larger suite. Only one side of the shower door was movable, but it was on the opposite side from the shower head, so you had to be in the shower while turning on the water, resulting in a spray with cold water until the temperature adjusted. The towel rack was also not reachable while standing in the shower, so you had to step outside of the shower to reach the towel. I prefer being able to reach out to grab my towel so that I dry off in the shower, protected from a draft. This suite was also a bit noisy from traffic. Service was friendly and attentive. We will stay here again.

Great place, bad hide-a-bed.

Everything is good except those hide-a-beds. This property used to have very comfortable hide-a-beds, but when they remodeled, they replaced them with nice looking hide-a-beds that have a bar right in the middle of your back. Only way to get any sleep on that is to take the mattress out and put it directly on the floor.

this is a really good place to get away if it's just you and your family or even if it's just you they're very clean I loved all the amenities including the pool the gym they have free breakfast in the morning everyone is really nice on the staff and they make you feel like you're at home
