Love this resort.

Stayed here many times. Made a special request when booking to stay in a particular building and on an upper floor. They honored the building request, but not the floor and told me that rooms were unavailable. I heard the guest in front of be granted the same request with no conditions. I am convinced it was because I paid a lower rate by using this service.

Absolutely beautiful

This is such a beautiful resort. Located just above Pacific Coast Highway, beautiful ocean views are evident all over. Three pool areas, pool bar and cafe, basketball court, putting green, beach volleyball, and BBQ areas are open for family fun. Fire pits and the kids activity center was still closed, but there is still so much to do in the area. Staff at the resort was pleasant and helpful. One thing that was helpful was the ability to text guest services to ask questions or request supplies. Our Villa was comfortable and large enough for five adults. We had a relaxing, enjoyable long weekend.

Amazing location with beautiful views everywhere, however, the hotel staff themselves were not the most accommodating

My girlfriends and I spent a lovely weekend together at Marriott's Newport Coast Villas. The location is perfect! Right cross the street from Crystal Cove State Beach Park and a quick drive to the Newport Pier. The accommodations were clean and roomy. We will definitely be back.
