Such a disappointment
Our room was filthy, shower has mildew in it. Shower curtain was very soiled. 2 giant cockroaches were alive in our room. Our rooms were never cleaned in between days. When i called management they replied with they were full and could not switch our room. And since i payed with PayPal that didnt offer to refund or reduce the room rate. Worst hotel experience i have ever had.

Disappointed and surprised
Surprise, parking was $20. I never saw that while making reservations. There were several empty spaces available, why couldn’t I park there? Carpets in hallways were filthy on the 3rd floor. There were only 2 pillows on the king size bed, I’ve never seen that and finally... the air conditioner was BROKEN. Uggggh, woke up sweating.

Horrible experience. Avoid like the plague
Arrived to a front desk person who informed me that my guaranteed room was not available. He was dismissive, offered nothing to accommodate this or a future stay. He couldn’t even handle the refund because it was purchased through a 3rd party app. I was out of the house due to burst pipe repairs going on, and he actually said that wasn’t his problem. I would never recommend this hotel, ever. Avoid it at all costs, no matter the price.

One night stay
No breakfast even though advertised. And no adjustment in pricing. Feel like $19 is excessive for parking. I didn't realize it was extra, but it was on the website if you click parkin available. Try to get a room that isn't on the freeway side. Pretty noisy. Staff was very friendly
