Absolutely no complaints excellent location, view, service and everything else. If you forced me to find a problem the wifi was a bit slow. But thats nit picking.

Excellent stay, really nice classy hotel, because of covid-19 this was our makeshift honeymoon and the staff bumped us up to a suite. Definately will visit again

This was just a feel good experience from the time we checked in until we left Staff very friendly hotel was just lovely and as for the view just amazing the food was excellent definitely worth a visit Well done the lake hotel 👍

Unique hotel with beautiful surroundings.. wild deer in the grounds of the hotel, beautiful views of killarney national park and fantastic spa facilities including outdoor hot tub which was needed after a day exploring the area. Could not recommend enough :)

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. It is top notch to say the least. The dining hall is classy with a nice bistro as well. its grounds and views of the mountains and surrounding countryside are breathtaking. Their dinner was exquisite with nice little free included treats throughout the 4 course meal...which was reasonably priced. The history of this place and the famous names that have stayed and continue to stay there is impressive. Walt Disney, Charlie Chaplin, Padraig Harrington to name a few. Being literally within Killarney National Park you can walk for miles within the beauty of the nature it has to offer and almost every morning you will see the wild deer that roam the property and the grounds around killarney. A truly magical place

Our overall experience was good! The staff are all very friendly especially Jerome who served us our morning coffee in the bar and sinead who greeted us warmly in reception. The only minor details which could be improved was that our breakfast room service was delivered half an hour early on the first morning so we were not ready for it and there was a hair in the maple syrup :/ I had requested when I booked if maybe something special could be done as it was a special occasion but this wasn’t acknowledged at all and they also forgot about the VIP benefits. And lastly, when we dined on our last night and asked for it to be put on our room tab (which we had been doing all weekend) our server said we didn’t have a valid card. I had to speak to reception to sort it out but it was a bit embarrassing to have to do that especially as there was a valid card on file. However despite all this, the hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking a lake with amazing scenery, there is a lovely lounge with a real fire to relax next to and a great atmosphere around the hotel in the evenings.

Room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We were celebrating our anniversary, was gifted a beautiful print of the Lake. All staff were so helpful and friendly, from reception staff, bar/restaurant staff to cleaning staff, they all went over and above. I would highly recommend the food in the restaurant, it was outstanding. Overall, it was the best hotel experience I have had in a long time.

From the moment we checked in until our (reluctant) point of departure, everything about our stay and The Lake Hotel was superb. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the hotel. Its location was out of this world. Right next to Killarney park, bike hire across the road and a 20 minute walk to the town centre
