Not up to Intercontinental standards.
My room was dirty and needed some TLC. Being that COVID is still a problem, I had serious concerns about the cleanliness of my room and if it had actually been sanitized. Not only was the room unclean, there was also a strong mildew smell in my room. I was unable to change due to lack of time and commitment to my job. I also had serious concerns about safety, as the door connecting me to another room did not shut tight and could be heard opening every time the person in the other room moved.

Worst Intercontinental we’ve stayed at
Worst intercontinental we’ve stayed at. Walked in and the place smelled horrible. The receptionist said 2 words to us and seemed bothered when we asked simple questions like what time is checkout and about parking. First room we got had a beeping fire alarm. Breakfast service took a total of 2.5 hours including the long wait to be attended to and to receive just 1 sandwich and 1 smoothie. We could tell the rooms were not cleaned well (hair in the tub and stains on surfaces). Would not recommend.

Nice, clean hotel
This a great hotel. The staff is super helpful. When we checked in, they had overbooked our poolside room. They tried to accommodate us by giving us free happy hour and free breakfast. We appreciated the effort. The next day they moved us down to the poolside. The descriptions of the rooms in Hotels.com need to be updated. For example, they don’t have high soaking baths. We chose them because they are close the airport so that was convenient.

Hotel was clean, room was clean and lovely with a patio right outside and by the pool. Staff was friendly and accommodating Overall great experience Only complaint the pool was not heated as advertised but it was still very nice
