As a mid-range hotel overall is satisfactory, but the hotel conditions, especially the breakfast is very general.

The stay could have been better. The front desk staff was not friendly or cordial during the check in. Felt that she was not interested in being there. She was even grumpy about the credit card not being read the first time. Once we got to the room, we found out that the tools I was blocked. The toilet overflowed and the water was all over the bathroom floor. I called the front desk about it and there sent a person to check it. He asked whether we would like to have a different room. After about 10 min he came back with a new room key and we moved to a different room on the same floor. The room was alright and looked nice. The bed was comfortable. The AC/thermostat was faulty. The AC made a loud noise and the room was either very cold or very hot always. The hotel offered a breakfast service, but the floor was not great. Overall, the experience was not that great, and could have been better.

Very nice and clean hotel. The on-site restaurant was delicious and moderately priced. Only flaw was the very loud air conditioner but that’s not unusual in hotels.

The bed was fairly comfortable. We where given a room with a handicapped bathroom, not sure why, not needed. The shower curtain did not come down to the floor so when the water was on it ran all over the bathroom floor and leaked out the door to the carpet in the room. The shower head was broken when we first arrived but fixed by the time we came back to the room after our event.

It was very clean and the staff were all so kind and helpful. I had asked for some assistance with directions to a local place to eat and they went as far as helping me place a reservation for dinner. That was so helpful, especially during these times of COVID restrictions and limitations on indoor dining. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We had 2 rooms - 615 and 612. The air conditioner in 615 started making a horrible noise at 5:13AM. It wasn't stopping so we turned it off. It continued making a clicking sound for about 15 minutes before it went silent. Normally it wouldn't have been a big deal but it was exceptionally humid due to the remnants of Tropical storm Henri. Since we had to take family to the airport we couldn't get back to sleep and it made for a very long day. Room 612 was incident free. The breakfast was good and the hotel is near the airport.

Very nice stay. The only thing is I was with my 86 year old aunt. The toilet was to low and I had to help her on and off the toilet because there were no safety rails. Next time, I think I will ask about an accessible bathroom. Also, I was worried when she was in the shower thtat she might fall. Hopefully, you have more safety handrails all over the bathroom for the elderly.

We chose this hotel for the airport shuttle for an early morning flight. We were also happy with the cold room a/c because it was a wicked hot day in Boston. Upon checking in, a wedding ceremony was happening in the conference room, but we never heard a noise in our room on the 5th floor.
