Great hotel, friendly staff. Amazing location in the medieval city. We recommend using the hotel parking as they take your suitcases to the hotel. But the big problem that we stayed during a rock festival, (yes in the centre of a medieval city) with loud music playing until 1am on Friday night and 230am on Saturday night so we did not get much sleep.

It was okay. Nice check in. The bar was terrible and some of te staff was very unexperienced. The lobby was quite worn out, and so was the rest of the hotel as well. But it was clean and everything worked well. The room was not as nice as the pictures, but it was okay. We did not like that the wc and bathroom was two different rooms. Then it was s little bit problems when booking their restaurant via the web page. We got the confirmation from anorher restaurant!

Great location in the castle of Carcassonne. Enjoyed the morning and evening when the day tourist are few. Wonderful breakfast and the rooms were very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel!

Loved our rooms. Not in main hotel building - in a small courtyard behind it. Perfect for us - so pleased we were allocated those 2 rooms. Only reason not given 5 stars is the difference in room equipment. No fridge in one and a fridge not working in the other.
