Terrible service didn’t answer the phone and wasn’t a good stay

The pull lever for the shower was stuck with crust around it. I couldn’t pull it up and it took a while for someone to fix it. The room was full of cat hair on the tables, phone, and a big pile behind the chair. This tells me they don’t clean good after guess. The refrigerator was full size, nice, but was not clean and found small bugs in my bag of food. Didn’t stay for my second night.

The outside look like an upscale hotel. The lobby was full of crumbs everywhere.The carpet on the floor was very old and dirty looking. Our room had party graffiti on the floor. Every thing in the room looked old and worn. We immediately asked Expedia to provide a transfer to an upgraded hotel. Expedia said work with the property manager. The property manager said work with Expedia. Needless to say we were stuck for six nights at $100/per night. When we inquired about cleaning the room they said they clean every 2 weeks. When we asked for clean towels and sheets they said we need to bring old sheets and towels to get new sheets and towels. This is awful customer service. With COVID 19 it did not make sense to bring dirty sheet and towels. Loud music, The hot water was off for hours our third day. The worst stay and Expedia did not help AT ALL we only had that automated chat to work with it was a very long wait for any human interaction.

Worst hotel stay
Took front desk about 30 mins to get me checked in Booked a single queen got a double bed room with two fulls Spent over an hour outside cause someone pulled the fire alarm and set off an extinguisher in the hallway and local fire department and police department evacuated hotel

Ok, definitely needs improvement
The room had a weird smell when first entering. The remote didn't work and the AC unit was LOUD. It's definitely time for some upgrade and maintenance work.
