Dirty Rooms and Slow Service!
There was only one person to check in customers after a Browns game. It took 30 min just to sign in. The shower would overflow on the floor so the floor of the bathroom was a puddle the entire stay. There was mildew on the floor from this happening previously which is super unsanitary and disgusting! Had a disappointing stay the first time we stayed here and now this. Will not be wasting any more money here!

All of the staff was so helpful and welcoming, from the front desk to the security. There is a small arcade our kids enjoyed and the free breakfast had a nice selection of food choices.

Great location!
This has become our go-to hotel for stays in downtown Cleveland. Conveniently located to everything downtown in an historic building. Comfortable, great breakfast, convenient, affordable.

Calm in the city
Large room, loved the space and the comfiest bed! You couldn't even tell we were in the middle of a city, it was very quiet as well.
