ROACHES
First off ROACHES!!!!!!! OMG! As soon as I walked in the room a roach ran across the floor to the bathroom. After that I gathered myself and check the rest of the room. Found a huge dead roach under the bed. I booked a executive king with a balcony and I’m sure it was a reg and did not have a balcony. I went back to the front desk to inform the rep and she said there was nothing that could be done. I attempted to get a refund and I was told I couldn’t get a refund either. I ended up staying but was up all night paranoid about roaches crawling on me. When I got up the next morning guess what another roach

I didnt like that they only had 3 sets if towels in the room when i reserved for 4 people. When I asked the desk for an extra set, she told me we need to use the ones there 1st then bring the dirty towels down to trade for fresh towels.

I had to switch rooms due to spots on the sheets and pillow case as well as hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. The second room was a tad bit better. The sheets did not have spots, but the shower had hair. Also the counters didn’t seem clean. I assume only the bed was changed, which is horrible in this time especially!!!
