Just okay
The good-The bars were the best experience, the food was really good. The bad- the room were not clean the bed had stains on the bottom, bathtub had a bubble underneath the floor and we couldn’t close the bathroom door unless you lifted the toilet seat!! We asked fir towels daily because they never came to clean our room!

Overall the stay was positive. Amenities were very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean at check in. Due to Covid, no daily housekeeping was available. Only problem was trying to get items for the room ie. towels, coffee, garbage taken out. Had to call numerous times for items. A broom would have been helpful in the room to help with the sand brought in. The on site restaurants were very good.

great pool area great customer service
Some minor issues but the staff handled things promptly and gave me great customer service. The standard rooms are not great but the deluxe suites are very nice. Best part is the outdoor area. Lots of seating around pools and the beach chairs are included in resort fees. Hammocks are also cool and have some privacy. Food at both beach bars was above average.

Overall the resort is very nice. Everything you need is there and the beach is right there. The only thing is the walls are thin and there were some altercations between other guests at night which made it hard to sleep.

Great stay
Our room was comfortable and we had an amazing view. The check-in/out process was easy and everyone was friendly. The room smelled clean upon check-in and our only concern was housekeeping. They left two dirty towels behind the door at check in and forgot to replenish supplies throughout the stay. The front desk was quick to resolve the issues.
