the shower was luke warm at best. The breakfast was cold. When the lady put a new batch of eggs out, they were already cold.

I checked in for three nights, on Septmber 9/17/21 The first night, my TV was inoperable (scrambled picture, frozen picture). The next morning, while there was hot water in the sink, the shower was cold (cool). I think it was a diverter problem in the shower valve. I went to the front desk and notified them that I was unhapy and would be leaving for the afternoon and they said they would fix it all before I got back. They wrote my issues down too. When I returned that evening, nothing had been done and my room had not even been visited by housekeeping. The next morning, I took another cold shower and again mentioned it all to the front desk. Again I returned and it was not done! Nothing! I requested a new room and they gave me one. I noticed a while later that to door to the room never latched and you could just push it open even though it appeard to be shut, latched, and presumably locked. But you could just push it open with no key-card needed!!!!. I verified it about 10 times, even trying to slam it shut! No luck. I double locked it from the inside, didn't get a good night's sleep (wondering if it was done that way on purpose) and checked out the next morning. The employees were all as pleasant and nice as could be. But they did not follow through. Oh - I killed a large cockroach by the elevator and had the night manager come up and clean up the carcass right after. He did. I will never stay there again.

Hotel is in okay condition in the lobby but rooms are totally ran down. The condition of beds and furniture is poor. The molding around the room is coming out and room smells like an old place. Once you checked in the advise that due to Covid housekeeping will be done if it’s requested before 9 am. We checked in on Wednesday by Friday we requested the housekeeping service . Came to the room at night and it wasn’t done. Person at the lobby wasn’t helpful. Stated he will pass the message and they will take care of it next day. But once again we walked in to a dirty room now we are talking about the 4th night. Went downstairs and the same person was at the lobby with the careless attitude telling me he wasn’t the housekeeper. I sent an email to the general manager whom I never got an answer from but they seemed to rush to clean the room in our last day . Definitely very disappointed with the hotel . I used their brand on several occasions in different states and I never encountered such a poor customer service .

Perfect stay for our 1 night trip to town. Everyone we encountered was so nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean as expected. Breakfast was more than I thought there would be due to today’s health climate. Hot food with a waffle station!
