I liked that our room had 2 bedrooms. That was wonderful for our family. I didn’t like the sofa bed was worn out. On the outside and the mattress also. It needs to be replaced.

Bad 1st Night turns into a Good 2nd Day.
Front Desk attendant Shaun didn't inform me that they only had 1 bedroom rooms available when i reserved a 2 bedroom room i went to my room with my 5 guest & realized that it was a 1 bedroom room. I returned to the front desk to let Shaun know that he gave me a single bedroom & he replied to me what do i want him to do & he offered me another room but it a hearing inpaired room & it a smaller room wow no professionalism at from this attendant at all. The next Morning attendant resolved my issue with no Problem Thank you very much young lady.

The lady who check us in was very kind and efficient. That was where the pleasant experience ended. We checked out after twenty minutes.

We were upgraded! We had arranged a studio for our 2 sons and my husband and I, but when we arrived we were put in a 2- bedroom suite! My husband and I had a bedroom, our 18 yo son had his own queen bed , and our 13 yo was happy to have the pull- out couch to himself! The free continental breakfast with eggs and waffles was excellent each morning! And the staff, pool, gym, outdoor patio were all excellent!!
