We were disappointed over a number of things at this property. First, we reserved and paid for the King Executive room that was supposed to have a king bed. It doesn't. Front desk staff insisted it was a king room, but I measured the bed and it is a queen. It was weird they tried to argue the point! They couldn't help us and didn't offer any alternative or discount. On top of it, the bed linens don't fit the bed and the fitted sheet pops off and wads up underneath you in the middle of the night. Shower drain was plugged, there was a rag tied around the shower head to keep a leak from spraying everywhere, and the toilet paper holder was loose and barely holding onto the wall. Maintenance came and unplugged the bath tub and fixed the leak, but all in all, it did not feel like we got the room we reserved and paid for. We will choose another property next visit.
