When we arrived at the hotel, there were no employees. The other family here called the police and we waited over an hour for a manager to get here and check us into our room around 4 am.

I really like the hotel. I would appreciate that some room-service was included. I stayed 4 nights and no refill of coffee or emptying of trash was done. Sadly someone smoked weed every day too which is not a smell I like to have around me either.

We were assigned a handicap assessible room, which we did not need. The hotel was understaffed, to no fault of their own, so that made the service slow. The elevators were not functioning properly. One was not working and the other only had the 3rd and 5th floor button work, which then forced guests to walk up or down floors and not sure what they would do with handicap or disabled guests.
This place used to be way better, but now i dont think i will come back to this hotel. The way that Marcus made us feel was that because we did not pay for the early check in fee, thye gave usbour rooms late and not even the room we had booked. It was 2:15pm, Marcus said if we wanted to check in there were rooms available then for a fee.. we said no we waited until 3. When we went to the front desk again then all the sudden no more rooms availabe and they did not know when we would get our rooms. We had 5 reservations but they seem not to care. Worse service ever, to topbit off only one elevator was working.

Overall, it was decent and we enjoyed our stay. Our experience was pretty good. The pool was closed due to maintenance, there was a stain on the couch in our room, and one of the elevators wasn’t working when we arrived but fixed the next day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. I would recommend, unless those details would bother you.

Pool was closed down for cleaning one of the days. Totally understand why, but we did go there for the swimming.

Big room with separate couch/food area. Large screen TV viewable in either the bedroom or living room. Not crazy about the pillows, but that’s personal preference. Decent breakfast offerings. Website said it had a restaurant and a coffee shop, but we couldn’t find either or even where they might have been previously. Nice hotel though near lots of restaurants and other things.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We spent 3 nights and slept well every night. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Room was the best part- nice and spacious. Convenient area, close to lots of restaurants and shopping.
