very close to bus stop and underground, very convenient in transport and the room is clean but a little small for a family.

Good location, many restaurants around. Staffs are nice. Breakfast have lots of variety. Beds comfortable.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Reasonable rate. Rooms are clean at large but with big misses... * Sound proofing is a big problem. I can hear people's activity from neighboring rooms. Pretty annoying especially when you try to sleep. * Wallpaper around window is molded. Gross. I guess if you are lucky to have quiet neighbors, it's a solid 4/5. But, in my experience, I just couldn't give them that rating.

住宿地點不錯，附近就有超市及餐館，方便購物及用餐，就倫敦而言，住宿房間大小還可以，房間乾淨，對於我們需要早睡早起的遊客來講，住宿期間還算安靜，並未被吵到，這次住宿經驗整體來看不錯，下次再度前往倫敦，還會再次選擇入住。

Location is convenient as close to Metro. Bed is too soft and not confortable. Bath water is not strong enough. Breakfast is fair as lack of choice.
