The room was spacious and clean.

Didn’t have a good feel upon entering. The first front desk staff wasn’t friendly. Didn’t feel room had been sanitized. Cleaner in the hall was holding a cigarette and not wearing a mask. Most hotel guests were not wearing masks when moving in the halls and elevators. I cancelled the rest of my stay and switched hotels.

Its quiet and very homeie and very clean. The staff was very helpful and over all i had a pleasant stay. The things i didnt like was no breakfast and no gym but i understand the reasons.

I booked a queen with sofa bed room for two adults and two children. When we arrived the lady at the desk proudly said they were upgrading my room. My family gets in the elevator and it smelled very strong of marijuana. Went to the second floor to find our room was only a queen bed, didn’t even have a couch. We get back in the contact high elevator to go to the desk, just for her to say “that’s all we have. We have no other rooms.” I showed her my reservation on hotels.com for her to say “they booked it wrong”. She then proceeded to call the other extended stay in town to find they didn’t have a room either. Ended up having to chat with hotels.com for 45 minutes before they called me to find another room in town. This room at Embassy Suites in Notre Dame was awesome, but after over an hour of messing around with Extended Stay and Hotels.com, our family was exhausted and unable to enjoy it.

Everything worked. Nothing was broken. Was completely happy

It was nice staying there but the toilet was messing up and I done told them twice and ain’t nobody temp to fix it but other then that it was nice ..

I liked the compactness of the room and that there was a chromecast. Staff was also friendly. I didn't like that they didn't have all the silverware I needed because "people usually ask for that earlier in the day." I never saw anything that talked about specific times to request items.

When I arrived at this hotel, idle young people were hanging around with cars playing loud music. This was annoying. Also, no parking spaces were available due to the lot in back being replaced. The clerk at desk, Kaylee, was friendly & efficient. On way to my room I noticed dirty carpets, stale smells and very dirty carpet in elevator. My room was neat and surfaces were cleaned but floors and surfaces were sticky. I went out to get food & on my return a cop car was there, very alarming. The clerk the next morning was also pleasant & helpful. When I asked about the police there on the prior night, she just said they were bringing “home” a hotel resident, this wasn’t reassuring. I would not stay there again.

Love the hotel always clean and helpful will always be coming back
