My stay was not pleasant from the day I arrived. The customer service was horrible when I went to check in. The room was not clean not the guest bedroom or the first room both of the bathrooms were not cleaned their rooms could’ve been dusted and the vet the floors could’ve been vacuumed it seemed as if I was in a room that hadn’t been rented for sometime. The amenities were not all available. When I went down once for breakfast I felt like I was being watched as if they didn’t want me to touch the food. I will never stay At this establishment again I feel I should be given a refund for my stay because it was that horrible there was not very much accommodating services some of the room the phones in my room did not work. Or not plugged I’m not really sure but they did not work I was not able to dial only from one room in the living room area. Very disappointing

I like it because it had a refrigerator and a electric stove so I was able to save money cooking my own food.

Very clean and updated hotel. The complimentary breakfast was by far the best I've seen in any hotel I've stayed at during Covid. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet other than some background freeway noise. I was traveling for business and while this was a bit further away from my work destination, this will now be the hotel I used moving forward for any business I/we do in the Sacramento or Elk Grove area. It was truly exceptional especially in comparison to some others we've stayed in around that same area.

Hotel and facilities are nice. There was a very wide range of people checked in from those on business, military personnel, and what seemed to be those down on their luck but somehow could pay for these rooms to live in. The last group of people made the stay here less than desirable. Extremely loud and arguing in the hallways, smoking in front of the access doorways, and yelling at all times of the night into the early mornings. The rooms are fine and clean. The only issue inside the rooms are the lack of sound reduction of the hallway and other rooms. The refrigerator is a nice convenience but the motor noise along with the AC unit and fan motor are annoying.

The room was as expected. We had to wait in the lobby until 3:35 to check-in, which was okay I guess. But when we have the DND on the door while trying to get ready for my Dad's funeral and housekeeping was knocking on the door around 9:30, that was not acceptable. When they came back AGAIN 15 minutes later, I was beyond frustrated with the situation. We already had plans on checking out 30 minutes early, so to be rushed out the door after having to wait to check-in was a little infuriating. I get it that they might have a skeleton crew right now but I don't think they should be continuously rushing people out so they can stay ahead of the game. They have no idea why people are staying at their establishment and in my case it was to lay my Dad to rest. It's not like Rancho is some major tourist destination or anything. I would suggest they put their guests before their bottom line, to maintain their reputation as a decent place to stay, as the world opens back up.

If you're going to allow hand towels in the kitchen, then put them and the soap IN the kitchen; don't make people go downstairs to the front desk for them. You left 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper; same need to chase supplies. No facial tissues. No wastebasket in toilet area, and none in room itself. Sofa was the most uncomfortable thing I think I've ever experienced. Desk lamp was brightness of a single candle. Two plates, forks, knives etc. in kitchen; if a guest came in you had to eat in shifts. Coffee in kitchen but no tea, popcorn, etc. LET ME GUESS: THIS ALL HAD TO DO WITH COVID-19 SAFETY? Have stayed in Residence Inns in four states. Yours was by far the worst. If I have to be in Sacramento again and HAVE to you use your hotel, I'll skip the trip.
