When we arrived at the hotel, they told us they were fully booked and could not accommodate us. We had to try and find somewhere else in the middle of the snow storm. I have tried reaching hotels.com and was told it was a 3 hour wait to talk with an agent. I could not get a live agent to respond on chat. Terrible experience. I paid for a room that wasn’t even available.

Frustrating b/c no remote for tv. Then the lights would come off and on by themselves all night long

The stay here was great. The only complaint I have is that the hydraulics on all the room doors do not work, so they slam shut. You can hear it from down the hall.

For the second time, our reservation was messed up. We booked a 2 bed room for 3 adults and we were fed the same “company” line of “we are so sorry, they seem to have overbooked rooms”. This was after they told me I reserved only for 2 adults. I then showed them they were wrong on the app that showed all my info. Nobody is taking blame for screwing up, again, between the hotel and hotels.com nobody’s making this right either. Like I said this has been happening a lot through this app. My last reservation the hotel told me days before that they just cancelled my reservation! For the same reason! Very frustrating!

Good except for parking fee

Brand new hotel... Everyone is nice and pet friendly. Rooms are above average for the price. we paid

The first couple days were great. The last night there was a huge party above us, loud music, pounding/dancing from 12:30am-2:30am. Called front desk and asked them to close it down so we could sleep. They did talk to them but it kept going on. 2nd time I called to talk to the manager (who was not available) and was told to call them Monday. Then, the attendant hung up on me. Totally, unbelievably rude. Will never stay here again. Lots of other hotels next door.
