We went when they had the floods. I felt so sorry for the hotels businesses and locals. They work so hard clearing out and mopping up every day. The Baglioni staff included . The hotel was beautiful and the staff are fantastic.

great property in super location

5 nights in Venice. Great hotel,but really no view of the canal from the deluxe rooms, as is falsely hinted at in the pictures of the property. The service is a bit stuffy, and TERRIBLE service when we went to the bar for a nightcap after a late dinner. Otherwise great property and nice, but crowded location.

this Hotel is amazing thats all i can say -- i travel alot for business both within Australia and overseas and this Hotel is one of the best - the staff and the Hotel made my stay in Venice such a fantastic experience. The room was amazing the lobby was amazing and the breakfast room just like stepping back in time - just breathtaking

the room is small. the safe was not working. the concierge was not familiar with the time table of the water bus. the room service was too expensive for small quantities of fruits we ordered.
