I enjoyed my stay

I picked this hotel for my business trip, and I have to say, the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help whenever I needed something. We were put up on the 6th floor—when you step out of your room, instead of a regular indoor hallway, you’re actually outdoor. That’s fine in nice weather, but I could see it being a real hassle if it were freezing cold or pouring rain. Thankfully, it stayed sunny the whole time, so getting around was never a problem. The room was pretty spacious. It wasn’t super modern—definitely had some signs of age—but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The bathroom, looked like it had been recently renovated though. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Copenhagen for work or just a vacation.

The opposite of WIDE

It's called WIDE hotel but not wide at all, especially the bathroom. The sink was poorly designed with faucet extended to the center, so I kept hitting it or the water kept splashing out when I tried to brush my teeth or wash my face. Water not too strong for the shower head, rain shower ok. The only two good things are the front desk are friendly and the hair blow dryer have stronger air flow.

Tree not so good things stand out from this nearly ok hotel: - Horrible colors in the room! Walls and celing i sharp yellow with 1 m black at the bottom. Dark Brown floor and dark purple furniture. - Extremely small bathroom (shower). Only 2 sqm (1,9 m x 1,1 m) with a tiny zink (30 cm). - We payed extra for this "superior" room. Nothing is superior about this. Otherwise everything looks rather fresh and tidy. And staff is great.

There is a venue across the street from the hotel that plays very loud music until 9 or 10PM. I had a lovely room, but the sound was unbearable. The staff gave me a different room that was perfectly quiet. Unfortunately, the bed and amenities in the room weren’t as nice. Wasn’t offered a partial refund for the inconvenience and lower quality room.

Härligt hotell. Bodde på översta våningen med takterass och utsikt över centrala Köpenhamn. Sol hela eftermiddagen och kvällen. Ren och fint på rummet som hade på soffa och bra säng. Frukostbuffé med det mesta. Vänlig personal vid incheckningen. Nära centralstationen men ändå lugnt och tyst.

Great hotel in a great location. We found the staff at reception very helpful. The only thing that was slightly offsetting about our experience was the lady at breakfast who took our names. She never greeted us or even looked up from the sheet of paper when entering on both mornings. She also never requested a room number and just waited for us to tell her. After we gave her the room number she just gave us an unenthusiastic expression as if we had bothered her. My partner and I joked about it and then enjoyed a lovely buffet but it did leave a sour taste in my mouth. I understand that we are all humans and can have bad days but what happened to basic hospitality.
