Beautiful hotel... just keep in mind...
Really beautiful addition to Tampa.... however because of its location in Ybor... expect loud nights and lots of noise inside and outside the hotel!!!! People were running around drunk on our floor and knocking on wrong doors.. So just keep that in mind especially if you book a Friday or Saturday night !!!

Stay away, hotel is located in a bad part of town!!! Water Pressure was non existent!!!!!! Very expensive for what you get!!!!! I can't believe this hotel charges the prices for room's. I had a balcony king room facing a very busy side road. Was kept up all night!!!! Listening to loud music and 20 something's yelling and fighting up and down the street. This hotel just opened less than a year ago. I'll be surprised if it stays open for another year!!!

From the minute we drove around the corner and the valet attendants Matt and his co-worker guided us into the parking garage, we were greeted with outstanding service and professionalism. As we made our way to the check-in desk, Christian and Steven made us feel equally welcomed and actually went above and beyond for a request we had inquired about. Making the decision to eat at the hotel restaurant, Flor Fina, the first evening made our overall experience absolutely amazing. Our waiter, Tyler, was full of information and offered perfect suggestions for our dinner and drinks. The Flora Fina drinks and meal presentations were on a Las Vegas style level.

The Haya Hotel is nestled in the heart of Ybor City. Ybor house a plethora of night clubs, bars, pubs, and fine dining restaurants. Due the hotels central location it's hiding in plain sight which I loved. There's also a cafe, restaurant, and bar housed in the lobby of the hotel which is also SUPER cool. The room was somewhat smaller than I'd hoped for and there wasn't a coffee maker or ice bucket in room. Staff did supply the ice and bucket on request but it would've been convenient to have it in the room. Outside of that everything went well with checking in and facilities niccccce with mirrors EVERYWHERE full body mirrors...a woman's "must-have" made it worth it! I would suggest Hotel Haya....and all her glorious trimmings 😁
