It was extremely confusing on checking in upon arriving directly from overseas. The apartment complex has an onsite reception which was how we have previously checked into the complex when booking a room through Hotels.com . However this time when we arrived at reception they had no record of us and suggested that some apartments are managed by an offsite agency. We had to then search trough our emails on our phones to obtain a phone number to call. It then turned out that we had to obtain a fob from a locked box and then a key from a locked letterbox. To make matters worse we were given the wrong locked box numbers and fob and room key and had to return them and do it all again. All after a 30 hour flight to Brisbane - not ideal.
