Ceiling LEDs didn't work. Concierge could not provide me with info on bus transport to airport. Room rather cold for cold day in NYC. All toiletries contained dangerous chemicals such as sodium Laurel sulfate. TV choice of channels was horrible but the selection at the bar/restaurant was much better than the rooms. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

We booked with a third party and was a bit disappointed that for the little time we would spend in the room, we had no wifi access there. The lobby is very small so you had only wifi access there. They told me that if i had booked directly with the hotel i would have had it free. There was a cost of €14.95 per day which is a lot. Because the hotel is old, there was a lot of noise when people went to the bathroom or at the start of a shower. The room was nice and the staff were nice. I would stay there again but it would be nice if the stay could include the breakfast and the wifi at a discount price. I found that with tip on the price of the breakfast, it was very expensive. I know it was NY prices but we did feel that for the Euro exchange, it was very expensive. Business people don't really care but tourists from Ireland will find it very expensive to stay in this " Irish Hotel" with the added Extras

Room was very small and dark

Lovely old hotel - work for a fortune 200 co - but definitely felt a tad judged by the international staff since I checked in after jog , and not in standard attire - usually stay at The Kimberly - but wanted to branch out due to meeting convenience.
