Overpriced Cold everywhere Tired and dated Dark Can’t do much about location but if you walk outside in the evening (lots of restaurants in short walking distance) be prepared to be harassed by homeless folks who are relentless. Single females beware. These folks will not leave you alone and this is likely the worst city I’ve ever encountered this common issue. $40 a night for ahem “valet” parking. I was truly concerned that I was giving my keys to the aforementioned homeless as the so called valet folks looked similar and were never at their post. I would encourage conference organizers to look outside of Cleveland’s downtown. Likely better and safer offerings at a more reasonable price.

First of all, the staff were all fantastic. Everyone was as helpful as they could be. That being said, the WiFi was non-existent, and even cell reception was terrible, and nearly impossible on my floor. Unfortunately I was entirely unable to finish work I needed to. Cleanliness left much to be desired as well. My floor did not appear to have been vacuumed, as there were crumbs and debris all over it. There were also troubling stains on my sheets, which admittedly may have been rust stains from the washing process, but still... Overall I was not satisfied with my stay, although the staff and restaurant were fantastic.

Bad lighting in bathroom and AC didn’t work well

First time staying very very comfortable love the view of the lake! Reallly enjoyed the club lounge and the breakfast!! The staff was very professional

I've been staying at the Cleveland Westin for the past few years now when I attend the content marketing world conference. It's been pretty great until this year. Every interaction with the front desk was with someone cold and uninterested at even looking at me. Also my room was next to the laundry room which was incredibly loud. The worst part was that my standing shower didn't even drain.
