Not horrible could have been better. Lots of renovation so hopefully good things in the future. Over all pretty dirty. Never saw any staff at besides the front desk staff and 1 laundry lady after we had to request towels because there were no clean towels anywhere to be found inside or outside. The outside pool area was very dirty and just was not appealing at all. W switched tot he in door area after less then 10 min as it just felt really gross. The inside pool area was nicer but the hot tub was barely warm. We had multiple issues with the room that were never taken care of. Broken sink and the shower drain did not drain. After our family showered very very quickly the water was at the top of the tub. The cable stopped working at around 11pm which is a necessity for kids who do not travel a lot and prefer home. Hopefully this hotel is as good or better as the previous hotel used to be but so far we are not impressed.
