就在威基基海灘旁的度假飯店，側面又是

住过最差的的酒店 房间又小又臭 感觉就像是motel一样的厕所也特别小 只能容下一个人 还定的是海景房 结果就一扇窗能看见海 真的特别差 最糟糕的体验 让我第一次写评论 永远不要选择这家 never choose this hotel !!!!

House keeping didn’t take all of the trash in the room. Parking is $35 a day. Overall, happy with our stay. Great location

Nice hotel, great location right on beach in best spot in Waikiki. Very friendly staff. Not quite 5 star quality though. Still rather basic rooms

I was extremely disappointed with this well-rated hotel. We were excited about this trip. We have saved for a long time to do this. We wanted the full experience so opted for a nicer hotel, city pass, and booked our flight. Our trip was scheduled for when everything started shutting down due to Coronavirus. Both Hawaii and the state we are from were closing schools and businesses. Our children's schools were canceled and our sitters canceled on us. We called and tried to cancel our hotel reservations but the hotel told us to contact Expedia. We did the responsible thing. Our connecting flights to and from were to hotspots for the outbreak. Expedia finally got in touch with someone at the hotel and they refused to issue us a refund. They stole money from our family - 4 nights that we had saved hard for. I cannot believe they stole our money. This is unconscionable. The hotel should have reimbursed us for these extenuating circumstances or at the very least give us credit.

Pillows is so comfortable and every day the room keeps clean. If the dissatisfaction would be raised, the room space was a little bit small for 4 persons.

This hotel does not look like the pictures at all. My husband and I booked the Diamond Oceanfront room view, which we paid extra for. We were upgraded to the Tower Suite where we thought would be much better but it wasn’t. The “upgraded” tower suite had a partial ocean view, overlooking half of the pool and a dirty Terrance, which was not appealing, and half of the ocean. After asking about our initial room we booked, they said the diamond oceanfront rooms did not have a balcony. This hotel is overpriced for a basic room and service. Would not recommend at all! Waikiki beach or this hotel did not give us a TRUE Hawaiian experience.

Very clean hotel and helpful and friendly staff located on a crowded but beautiful beach.

Please be aware that there is a huge homeless population that camps out day and night in front of this hotel and even uses their beach umbrellas and the bathrooms on first floor of the hotel. They are loud,drunk and high and have multiple altercations each day. The hotel does nothing about this at all.

Such a great property to stay at while in Waikiki . The hotel has so much history and character , and the staff are amazing ! From first driving onto the property until the last moment we were there, we felt the hospitality from every single employee . If you’re looking for a hotel in Waikiki, the location is perfect!
