Too expensive for what it is
Room felt dirty. Air conditioners were so loud you couldn’t sleep. And room never cooled down. Pool temp was nice. Desk lady was very friendly.

Not what we expected!!
Hotels.com messed up our reservation so we had a family of 4 sharing one king bed even though my reservation said 2 double beds. The hotel eventually put us in a bigger room (even though it wasn’t their fault) but then the next night made us move to yet another room. We were in and out for sports and it was very inconvenient to run back to the hotel (25 miles) to switch rooms. The pool was great! No breakfast so keep that in mind because it states there will be breakfast. Hotel seems a little rundown but rooms were clean! Another teammate had reservation issues too and had to switch hotels.

Not the best stay
Dirty Socks in the room, A/C was barely cool, no daily room service since COVID (every other hotel performs daily housekeeping) which resulted in no clean towels in the entire hotel, which meant my family of 4 had to share pool towels. There was no breakfast even though it was advertised. I chose this hotel simply because of the price as the entire city of Wichita doubles and triples the rates of hotels on basketball tournament weekends. I chose it over another hotel that was about the same price because of the breakfast, but ended up spending $20-$30 per day for my family’s breakfast. So it ended up costing quite a bit more… I would say if you have another option stay somewhere else.

Family fun with grandkids
We stayed at this hotel because we wanted to have a pool for the grandkids, also for the breakfast and allowed pets. Well the pool was not bad, was indoors which was a benefit as was open from 9-9. However when we arrived we found they had no breakfast. They said it was for remodeling, maybe they should start by remodeling the hotel. This hotel is very old dirty and dated. It is located right off the freeway which is a benefit also near pleanty of restaurants to choose from. The parking is ok and safe for the area. They do have a coffee machine 24 hrs also nice. The beds were not very comfortable. The room did look clean upon check-in. The 2 room " suite" we stayed in was not really a suite as we expected but more of a weird combo of to rooms. Not sure if i would recommend this hotel or not. If you want a pool and pet friendly then this would be a benefit. However if you are wanting a get away for two i would not suggest this as a romantic getaway.
