An older hotel without the frills of the newer establishments, but the service is excellent, the breakfast is good, and the beds comfortable. If you’re looking for a place to sleep after a long day, this is a decent option.

Great place to stay. Third time. Always clean and quiet. Easy parking always. Pet friendly which is important because I come here to take pets to a nearby vet.

Decent place to stay

The night Check-in staff lady was amazing, super friendly and arranged for late checkout since we arrived so late. The next morning, we went for a swim and were showering to checkout at noon as previously arranged and had to hurry out of the shower to answer whoever kept pounding on our door. My husband answered and the day time man from the front desk told us there was no late checkout arranged, we had to be out by 11:30 (20 minutes) despite my husband explaining we had already arranged for late checkout and he said too bad, check out by 11:30. We rushed (and stressed), got checked out at 11:30 and I went to the desk to complain and he met us in the hallway and was very pleasant, stayed that we needed not be in a rush to checkout and could go for a swim or take our time getting out and “I didn’t mean to rush you”. Clearly no communication happening, it was a very stressful experience. The hotel was ok, relatively clean but could use an update. Poor water pressure, curtains let in A LOT of light. Pool was nice, beds were comfortable.

Clean hotel but air conditioner never completely cooled the room. It nade it rough.

Just going to spend some time in Dallas

There was no breakfast. I understand there is a virus but not even pre-bagged muffin or a banana. The phone didn't work. The refrigerator didn't work.

The hotel is older but we still expected more cleanliness. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once. This meant we kept having to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper.

Decent price for a decent place.
